His professional background extends across business, invention, athletics, writing and public service. Carnell's athletic career included All-American recognition, a football scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley, and professional football experience in both the NFL and CFL. He later applied the discipline and experience developed through athletics to a diverse professional career that included business ownership, product invention, emergency medical and fire-rescue training, health and fitness, computer technology, and media production.
Carnell is also a published author whose books are available through major international publishing platforms, including Amazon and Apple Books. His published works explore what he describes as “Universal Truth”—an approach centered on independent reasoning, practical experience and the pursuit of truth without tailoring conclusions to a particular agenda.
